Moonlight Concept is a Qatar-based fashion house offering ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, customized, limited-edition, artistic, and other fashion products and services.

References in these Terms to “Moonlight Concept,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Moonlight Concept and its applicable operations.

References to “you,” “your,” or “customer” refer to any person accessing the website, using our services, or purchasing our products.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use our website only for lawful personal and shopping purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You agree not to use the website in any manner that may damage, disable, interfere with, or compromise the website, its security, its functionality, or the experience of other users.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated or where necessary to protect Moonlight Concept, our customers, or our services.

However, the appearance of colours and certain product details may vary depending on the device, screen, lighting, photography, or display settings used.

Due to the handcrafted nature of certain Moonlight Concept products, including hand embroidery, beadwork, artisanal finishing, prints, and other handmade details, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

Such natural variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products and services are subject to availability.

Some products may be produced in limited quantities, made available for a specific period, or offered on a made-to-order or made-to-measure basis.

Adding an item to your shopping bag does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or withdraw products from sale at any time.

6. PRICES & CURRENCY

Product prices are displayed in the currencies made available through our website.

The website currently allows customers to view prices in currencies including QAR, AED, SAR, USD and EUR.

Currency conversions displayed on the website may be approximate and may vary depending on exchange rates, payment providers, issuing banks, or other financial institutions.

The final amount charged may therefore differ slightly where currency conversion is involved.

Any applicable shipping charges or other charges will be displayed or communicated during the checkout process where applicable.

9. MADE-TO-MEASURE & CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Certain Moonlight Concept designs may be offered as made-to-measure, customized, altered, or otherwise produced according to customer-selected specifications.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all measurements, personalization requests, specifications, and other information supplied to Moonlight Concept are accurate.

Once a customized order has been confirmed and production has commenced, changes, cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Payment, Delivery & Return Policy and applicable law.

Variations resulting directly from incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by the customer are the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.

10. HANDCRAFTED & ARTISANAL PRODUCTS

Certain Moonlight Concept pieces incorporate hand embroidery, beadwork, hand finishing, artistic applications, individually placed embellishments, or other artisanal techniques.

Because these elements are created or finished by hand, minor differences between pieces may occur and form part of the individual character of the product.

Where a product is part of a limited edition, artistic collaboration, numbered series, or exclusive release, availability may be strictly limited.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Moonlight Concept website, including but not limited to:

●     Trademarks and logos.

●     Brand names.

●     Product names.

●     Fashion designs.

●     Prints and patterns.

●     Artwork and artistic collaborations.

●     Photographs and videos.

●     Graphics and illustrations.

●     Website design and layout.

●     Written content.

●     Collection concepts and presentation materials.

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Moonlight Concept and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This provision is particularly important for original designs, exclusive prints, artwork, embroidery compositions, and artistic collaborations.

Unless otherwise stated:

●     Promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period.

●     Promotions may apply only to selected products.

●     Products and promotional quantities are subject to availability.

●     Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

●     Multiple offers or discount codes may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

●     Moonlight Concept may establish additional conditions for a specific promotion.

●     Promotional conditions communicated at the time of the offer form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Returns and exchanges of promotional or discounted products are governed by our Payment, Delivery & Return Policy and applicable law.

14. GIFT CARDS

Where Moonlight Concept gift cards are offered, they are subject to any specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase or use.

Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Moonlight Concept currently lists Gift Cards as a product category, so I recommend retaining this section.

17. DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Payment, delivery times, international shipping, customs duties, returns, exchanges, defective products, customized orders, and related charges are governed by our separate:

That policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions when you place an order with Moonlight Concept.

This separation is important because the current Terms page still contains the old 10-working-day return rules and the old provision stating that defects would not receive refunds. Those should be removed when this new page goes live.

Personal information provided through our website is handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moonlight Concept shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the State of Qatar.
