The Ardour Abaya is constructed from a richly textured paisley jacquard, where the pattern is woven directly into the fabric rather than applied.
Cut in a structured A-line silhouette, the piece holds shape at the shoulders and gradually opens through the body. The surface of the fabric carries a consistent tone-on-tone paisley motif, creating depth through weave rather than contrast.
Additional embroidery is applied at the upper body and cuffs. At the chest, a symmetrical medallion panel is built using raised threadwork and cord detailing, following the existing paisley structure of the fabric. Small tonal beads are integrated within the embroidery, adding a subtle textured finish without high shine.
The cuffs are fully embroidered using the same technique, covering the entire cuff surface. A slit opening at the sleeve allows movement, with a clean interior finish.
The neckline is a stand collar (mandarin), structured and minimal. The front closure is a concealed zip running vertically through the center, maintaining a clean, uninterrupted line.
The piece is completed with a matching jacquard headscarf in the same fabric.
